Dr. Theye worked as a pediatric neuropsychologist for thirty years in the Neurosciences Department at Marshfield Clinic, a tertiary medical center in Wisconsin. He was chair of the department for 15 years. In 1984, Dr. Theye earned board certification from the American Board of Professional Psychology-American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology.
Dr. Theye has published numerous articles in professional journals. Additionally, he has served as principal investigator for the development of a concussion management program involving 15 high schools and 2200 student athletes throughout Wisconsin.
Dr. Theye’s private practice is limited to professional neuropsychological services to children and their families.

Dr. Levine has practiced as a clinical neuropsychologist for more than 25 years. He has worked in brain injury rehabilitation centers in Boston, Philadelphia and West Palm Beach in the role of neuropsychologist and also program director. In his private practice (L. S. Levine, PsyD, PA), Dr. Levine has specialized in both clinical and forensic assessment services in Florida and nationally since 1989. In 1996, Dr. Levine earned board certification from the American Board of Professional Psychology-American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology. In 2001, Dr. Levine was recruited to serve as the consulting neuropsychologist at the West Palm Beach Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC). In 2006, he was asked to join the VAMC as its permanent half-time neuropsychologist.
Dr. Levine is a qualified examiner for FAA pilot cognitive examinations (e.g. HIV+, antidepressant use) employing Cogscreen-AE.
Dr. Levine is licensed for the independent practice of psychology in: Florida, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.
